Austin Early brings over a decade of coaching experience, specializing in offensive skills development. He has worked with top-level players across the nation, serving as a coach for ADVNC, 3d, FCA, and Nike’s All-America games.

A 2019 graduate of Gordon College (MA), Austin was a four-year starter and team captain during his senior season. Before college, he was instrumental in founding the lacrosse program at Fluvanna County High School and went on to graduate from the Blue Ridge School in 2015, earning All-American honors.

In 2023, Austin launched Early Elevation to help players in the Dallas area develop their lacrosse skills. The program was created out of his deep passion for lacrosse and his commitment to helping players learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Whether working with beginners or advanced athletes, Austin is dedicated to elevating each player's game to new heights.
